App stopped working over 2 wks ago, despite none of my card details changing. Just suddenly started saying card has failed initial verification payments. Transaction not complete. Please contact your card handler, who I did. Bank says there's no reason the money shouldn't have gone out.... obvs an app fault again!
Worked fine for long enough. Now in past few months it doesn't work at all. Totally useless.
Easy to use
This app is garbage, I tried to make a payment on it the bank authorised it this stupid app gave error message.
Was working great before, but now you kinda ruined the app with the verification process so now I don't want to use it anymore
Sure beats getting put on hold trying to wait for someone on the telephone and simpler then having to drive the different distances to make payments
like all other reviews , since it now asks my bank to verify the payment. it no longer works. You goto pay, it asks to open your bank app to verify the payment... but it never verifies it.
Just updated the app. Absolutely awfull. No clue how to add a new card and just making a payment is very annoying. Why do you make things worse with new updates. The old app was brilliant. This is pathetic!! Also when i click on the box to add payment amount the whole screen is taken up with the keyboard. Has anyone in your office actually tried to use this app? If so, how can you be satisfied with the results?
